- The synchronous tracking system , the main control module and the cutter assembly
- The speed and position of the carcass are detected and transmitted to the master control system. The main control module processes the received information and sends control instructions to control the splitting saw to move synchronously. When the synchronous tracking system is located at the cutting position, the main control module controls the cutter assembly to split the pig carcass
- The half splitting system collects the information of linear velocity by rotary encoder. The split half line speed is synchronized with the carcass line, and sends the control command to the machine to realize the automatic splitting control
